- Technical support and management of information systems tools supporting HCFA operations, including the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System, Fire Records Management System (RMS), computerized 9-1-1 equipment, computerized radio control equipment, associated servers, and other administrative PCs
- Technical support and management of the all components of the data communications network supporting the provision of technical services to customer agencies
- Support and management of contract paging services for customer agencies and HCFA staff
- Provision of user training on all technical systems
- Management of all databases used to store HCFA and customer agency information.
